Trevor Gile, Founder and Chairperson of Board of Directors
With a double major in Finance and Management from Washington State University, Trevor spent the first seven years of his career in Chicago and London with investment banks PaineWebber and UBS Warburg. Subsequently, he and his wife Agnieszka moved to Poland and founded several new businesses, including Liger Investments Limited, which applies advanced technology to trading in the financial markets. As an avid traveler, Trevor’s experiences in the developing world were a strong motivator to leverage his success with Liger Investments to pursue an innovative model of international development aid that he had been formulating since his time at university. His own experiences with development, poverty, entrepreneurship, and technology came together to form the vision for the Liger Leadership Academy.
Agnieszka Tynkiewicz-Gile

Agnieszka Tynkiewicz-Gile, Founder and President of the Board
After graduating from Kazimierz Wielki University in Poland, Agnieszka received a degree in Interior Design from the Chelsea College of Art and Design in London. Following her studies, she worked for highly acclaimed interior designers in London where she also met her husband, Trevor. In 2001, Agnieszka and Trevor took a sabbatical and traveled around the world with the goal of seeing some of the most remote places on the planet. This experience greatly influenced her later design work under her own brand Signatura Remi & Gile which she successfully ran for over a decade in Krakow, Poland. In addition to her design career, Agnieszka is a Licensed Italian Farmer (IAP) and Founder of the Terre di San Giustino Vineyard in Italy. Since 2009, she has been sharing her time between her responsibilities as the President of the Liger Charitable Foundation, composing boutique wines in Tuscany and being a mother to her two children – Sophie and Alex.

Bambi has worked in the international education world for over three decades. She is currently the Director of the Principals’ Training Center for International School Leadership (PTC), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing professional development programs for international educators around the world. Bambi has served as a school head, principal and teacher in international schools in several countries and has been a consultant in over 150 international schools, conducting professional development sessions on a wide range of topics. She serves on the governing board of three international schools, is a founding member of the Academy for Int’l School Heads (AISH) and is the president of the Overseas Schools Assistance Corporation (OSAC), a non-profit which offers a newspaper- The International Educator (TIE) – and recruitment services to international schools.

Monte Snider, Board Director
Monte is the founder and president of Snider Financial Group in Bellevue, Washington which provides comprehensive financial planning for high net-worth individuals, business owners and families who seek objective and dynamic financial plans to achieve their life goals. After receiving a Bachelor Degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas in 1992, Monte moved to Seattle to work for MetLife Financial Services. He graduated from MetLife’s Financial Planning School in 1999, earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2000 and became a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF). He continued his financial education at the American College focusing on income taxation, investments, risk management, financial planning, and retirement income planning. He currently holds Series 6, 63, 7, 65, 24, 53, and 3 with LPL Financial. He is also Life, Disability and Property and Casualty licensed. Monte resides in Kirkland with his wife Heather, a nurse at Kaiser Permanente, and their beautiful baby daughter, Stella. In addition to spending time with family, Monte enjoys boating, hiking, diving and skiing with his wife.

Martin is a Managing Director in the Energy divison at Marex North America. Martin has 30+ years of experience in the financial industry with a focus on the commodity and energy derivative services. Previously, he served on the executive committee at Man Financial Inc. for 10 years including the committee to guide the company through its successful IPO in 2007. As part of a multinational company, Martin brings years of experience in global collaboration projects, building international teams, coordinating global offerings and developing synergies across international regions.
